How long will I have to wait for delivery?

How long does it take to set up the bungee trampoline?

🔹2in1 Eurojumper Standard: 100 min , 2 persons

Where are Eurojumper units made?

All Eurojumper products are manufactured in Poland (EU) using only high-quality European components. We control the entire process – from welding to assembly – ensuring durability, safety, and compliance with EU standards.

What is the difference between the 4in1 Mobile and the 4in1 Park model?

4in1 Eurojumper Mobile is a trailer-mounted bungee trampoline, perfect for mobile businesses, festivals, and events. It sets up in under 60 minutes and can be easily transported from site to site.
4in1 Eurojumper Park is a stationary bungee trampoline, ideal for permanent installations in shopping malls, amusement parks, and resorts. It’s built from lightweight aerospace-grade aluminum and requires no foundation or anchoring.
Both models use TÜV-certified (or ADIPS-certified for the UK) components and offer maximum safety, durability, and profitability.

Do I need any training to operate the bungee trampoline?

No formal training is required. Each unit comes with:
A comprehensive printed operator manual
A step-by-step video guide (for 4in1 models)
Remote support if needed
The system is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, even for first-time operators.

What maintenance is required? Will the equipment rust?

There’s no complicated maintenance required. As long as the unit is stored properly and handled with care:
Structural elements (steel/aluminum) are corrosion-resistant
Wearable components like bungee cords, harnesses, and ropes should be replaced periodically

Our very first 4in1 Park model (delivered in 2006) is still in operation today. Another Mobile unit sold to New Zealand in 2011 was recently resold and is still running profitably.
With proper care and part replacement, your Eurojumper can generate revenue for 10+ years – with no built-in expiration date.

What warranty do you offer?




1. WHAT IS COVERED
The following components are covered under standard warranty:
◉ Steel structure (frame, joints, welds): 24 months
◉ Aluminum construction components: 24 months
◉ Pulleys, pins, mechanical joints (non-driven): 12 months


2. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following components are excluded due to operational or consumable nature:
◉ Electric winches and drive units Limited to 3-month warranty, covering only Dead On Arrival (DOA) cases. Any malfunction caused by operational use, moisture, rope handling, overloading or power issues is excluded.
◉ Bungee cords (rubber ropes): excluded – consumable
◉ Harnesses: excluded – consumable
◉ Cables, connectors, ropes: excluded – wear parts
