1. WHAT IS COVERED
The following components are covered under standard warranty:
◉ Steel structure (frame, joints, welds): 24 months
◉ Aluminum construction components: 24 months
◉ Pulleys, pins, mechanical joints (non-driven): 12 months


2. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following components are excluded due to operational or consumable nature:
◉ Electric winches and drive units Limited to 3-month warranty, covering only Dead On Arrival (DOA) cases. Any malfunction caused by operational use, moisture, rope handling, overloading or power issues is excluded.
◉ Bungee cords (rubber ropes): excluded – consumable
◉ Harnesses: excluded – consumable
◉ Cables, connectors, ropes: excluded – wear parts

Yes. Eurojumper systems can be supplied with the technical documentation required to support the UK inspection process. Before commercial operation, the device must complete the applicable independent inspection and certification process. Final requirements may also depend on the venue, local authority, event organiser and insurer.

ADIPS is the UK amusement industry’s recognised scheme for the independent inspection and certification of amusement devices. A valid ADIPS Declaration of Operational Compliance is commonly required by event organisers, local authorities, venues and insurers before commercial operation.

Eurojumper provides the technical documentation (design review) and inspection support specified in the quotation. The final ADIPS Declaration of Operational Compliance cannot be issued by the manufacturer. It is issued by an independent ADIPS-registered Inspection Body after the required inspections and tests have been completed.

The pre-use inspection process normally includes a Design Review, Assessment of Conformity to Design and Initial Test. The exact inspection scope is determined by the registered Inspection Body. The equipment should not enter commercial operation until the required inspection process has been completed.

UK health and safety requirements call for amusement devices to be regularly inspected by a competent person. The applicable inspection schedule depends on the device, its operating history and the requirements of the ADIPS scheme and Inspection Body. Daily operator checks, recorded maintenance and periodic independent inspections form separate parts of the compliance process.

It depends on the quotation. Eurojumper can arrange delivery to the United Kingdom, but equipment price, transport, import duty, UK VAT and ADIPS-related services should be shown as separate items unless the quotation explicitly states that they are included. This gives the buyer a clear view of the total project cost.
